
We have built our business and reputation on providing superior service, at an affordable price. So often we hear stories from people who have had bad experiences with companies similar to us - sometimes a local competitor or maybe a company in another state. We don't want to be the subject of a story like that, instead we want our customers to tell their friends, family and colleagues what a great service we offer.
We feel there are 3 main components to providing this high level of service:
#1 Communication
Whether we are working with a logistics company, product manufacturer, local retail store, or the end customer, communication is key. We will keep everyone involved informed of delivery appointment time, shipment arrival, completed delivery information, and even in the case of delays, especially due to weather.
Most of our deliveries are scheduled with a 2-3 hour delivery window. The customer is then called 30-45 minutes prior to delivery to inform them of our arrival time.
#2 Customer Experience
What the end customer sees, experiences, and even perceives, is critical. Our professional staff will be respectful and courteous to each customer, treat their home or business like it was their own, and ensure all debris, packing material and trash is removed prior to their departure.
All shipments will be handled with extreme care and caution, keeping not only the shipment safe and damage free, but also the customer's home or business.
#3 Integrity
For us, integrity and character are more than just words. They are how we run our business and conduct ourselves on a daily basis. We treat each customer just as we would expect to be treated, and each shipment as if it were our own.
